Hi @Anonymous,

Welcome to the Fusion 360 community and thank you for posting!

I am sorry to hear about the issue. Personally I have not seen this issue and I need a few more pieces of information to narrow down what the cause of the problem is-

  • Are you able to open the files in the data panel?
  • When did you start seeing the issue? Have you been seeing the issue since you started using Fusion 360 for the first time?
  • Could you try creating a new Autodesk account with another email address and sign in to Fusion with the new account to see if that makes any difference?
  • What language are you using for the operating system?
  • What language did you use for the design and project name?
  • Could you attach diagnostic log files?
  • Could you try disabling anti-virus software if you are using any?

I look forward to hearing from you.

Hi,

Thank you for your response! I suspect something related to the font in your system is causing the issue. I'm sorry I should have asked this earlier but could I get the fonts information in the system report

Hi,

Have you changed your system font?

If so, if you change it to an Arial typeface does it work correctly?
