New update screwed up some files

I just had a new update a couple days ago. Ever since I have noticed that one of my files that is in my library has changed. It took an outline of a dog that I had previously done and cut, and dropped it down .25" into the sock and my tooling paths are now screwed up as well. My browser window is now free floating instead of being docked to the left side of the drawing window, it is just free floating. I have no idea what is going on and how many other files are corrupt. What the heck happened. I also had some trouble with some rouge cutting toolpath before the upgrade. I am going to do a video on that to see if someone has any ideas. I spent almost 4 months trying to figure that one out.

While I'm here, If I want to have the V-carve bit follow the outline of something what do I have to use. I have tried V-carve, and slot, and several other things but it keeps wanting to cut out the area like a pocket or between two outlines. Any help would be appreciated.

Thank you.

Sorry about the long delay in getting back to you. Lots of health problems keep me from doing things some times. Thanks for your reply.

Hi @Anonymous,

Thank you so much for sharing this Screencast with us.

We haven´t seen nor experienced similar things as you described yet.

We definitely keep an eye on it. Just in case this happens again after the next update tonight.

Could you please check your designs and let us know if these issues appear?

Thank you,

Sorry for not getting back sooner. I could not find the screen cast or your answer until I just figured it out tonight. Thank you for your answer. I will keep an eye on this and let you know. Just as a reminder I was having bad cuts on a football I was trying to cut out and a dog I was working on was moved down into the material instead of being on the top of the stock. Thanks again.
