Problem with Email Verification

Problems with the A360 email notification,

 

It seams that this email notification is not working I have press it many times and yet no email, A360 works on my email as it send emails saying downloads are ready and so on.

 

It is confusing?

Hi Mo,

 

Thank you for posting this! I found that this issue was also reported in A360 forum and the team is investigating the cause. I will post an update as soon as I have one.

Hi,

 

Sorry for the inconvenience. We could replicate the issue at our end and we will work on fixing the issue at our earliest. But this issue doesn't block you from collaborating in A360 and using A360. Until we resolve the issue, we would request you to bear with us and dismiss the Resend Verification banner on every login. Please keep us posted, should you have any questions.

Hi all,

Can I just add, that I've got - (at least, I think so) - the same issue with Fusion 360?

I am frequently asked to confirm my email address & then press the button to resend the email, but it doesn't arrive at the mailserver. It's not in the spam blocker either, I'm monitoring that.

I'll monitor this topic, thanks for looking into this. 🙂

Its seems they resolved it for me after posting the thread and contacting support directly.

 

It took about 2 days for they to resolve it for me
