Problem with Email Verification

Problems with the A360 email notification,

 

It seams that this email notification is not working I have press it many times and yet no email, A360 works on my email as it send emails saying downloads are ready and so on.

 

It is confusing?

@Anonymous - the issue previously discussed in this thread has been fixed.  If you are still seeing the banner, could you try clicking the "resend" button which should dismiss the banner?

i can't verify my email account 

the link in the email docent work it only says

404 - File or directory not found. The resource you are looking for might have been removed, had its name changed, or is temporarily unavailable.

please help thank you.

Hi @Anonymous,

 

Are you still having issues verifying the account? If so, can you please right-click the button that says verify and copy the hyperlink and paste it in a response. If it is indeed invalid, I want to verify with our team so that they can fix it. 

 

Also, try pasting that hyperlink into a different browser and see if that works.

I have clicked verify email dozens of times yet I still haven't received a verification email. I checked spam and everything. Could you please fix this situation?
