Position of Items Created w/XYZ Ref Planes Locked in Timeline

Sketches and any extrudes of those sketches created using XY YZ ZX planes cannot be dragged and dropped to different positions in the timeline.  Noticed the issue started occurring the middle of design session. Issue seems to be machine dependent.  Running Win10 latest updates.  Works fine on a laptop, but not main desktop.  Tried clearing 360 caches, removing C:\Users\<Your-windows-user-name>\AppData\Local\Autodesk\ and re-installing 360.  Previously created sketches in the same design are unaffected. Only new sketches and things that reference them seem affected. Created an offset construction plane referenced to ZY plane.  The position of the construction plane in the timeline is locked,  but any sketches on the offset plane and objects referencing can be moved in the timeline.  Norton Quick Scan is clean.

Test case file attached.  The Red brick in the time line and its sketch cannot be dragged.  The Green Hex and its sketch which was created off of the offset plane can be moved in the timeline.

@teranick, can you record a screencast of the behavior you are seeing?  I was able to drag sketches, extrudes, and the workplane where I expected to be able to.  I'd be a bit skeptical that this was machine-dependent, but it's certainly possible.

Thanks for looking at this.  See video.  Green Hex extrude is movable.   Red Brick doesn't drag.

Some how something is different when running on the desktop.  Does the uninstall/install process process for Fusion 360 clear out all registry settings and is it possible something is persistent?

The issue is both file and machine dependent.  I can open old designs and move sketches and dependent objects, but any new sketches and objects created with direct xyz reference are locked. 

I observed  the same as you that the Red Brick/Yellow cylinder can be moved in the timeline logged in on a laptop.

One thing I did out of the ordinary prior to noticing this issue, was I downloaded a number of old nema17 designs from the Autodesk Online Gallery.  Could that have change some registry compatibility mode settings?

@teranick, that is really strange.  On that same design, I can drag the red extrude all over the place.  The one issue I saw was that it makes it look as if I can drag it before its own sketch, but then when I drop it, it does pop to the correct place.  I have no idea what would make that machine-specific.  This was on a Mac.  When I get into the office on Wed, I'll try it on my win10 desktop to see whether I can see the same problem.

Problem appears to be solved.

Uninstalled Fusion360 as I had done previously.  Then  uninstalled screen caster, webcaster, meshmixer.

Then did a search from C: for all filenames containing "autodesk", and removed.

Went into regedit and blew away all references that appeared to belong to "autodesk"

Rebooted.  Re-installed. Happiness.

Problem was file dependent and machine dependent.  New sketches referenced to the XYZ planes created on the desktop failed.  But I was able to add additional sketches to the same design on a different laptop, and then have them be moveable on desktop, while earlier failing sketches created on the desktop still failed.

I could have been more disciplined and nuked stuff incrementally, but I wasn't in the mood and just hit it with a hammer.  There still should be a smoking gun in the design file I posted.  If you have a design file data base integrity checker, there must have  been something different with the sketches that could not be moved.  Is it possible that it was a caching issue? 

I was a little surprised that through the re-install process, that my preferences were blown away.  I would have thought they would have been saved as part of the account login on the cloud so that they get restored as part of login when I move to a new machine.  Interesting.
