No Navigation in Fusion 360, Windows User, updated

I opened fusion 360 today and was not able to navigate through any of my designs or sketches. The screencast below shows my attempt to navigate fusion 360 with my mouse and the navigation cube in the top right corner of the screen. It also shows my attempt to create a sketch. I am not able to pan, zoom,or orbit through fusion. I uninstalled fusion and then reinstalled it, but the problem continued to occur. Thank you.

Your screencast seems to suggest a graphics issue.  The best proof of this is the fact that your sketch did not show up even though you could see the diameter value updating.  Take a look at your graphics diagnosis screen and see if it suggests anything.  You might also look at your video drivers.
