No Navigation in Fusion, Windows User

I opened fusion 360 today and was not able to navigate through any of my designs or sketches. The screencast below shows my attempt to navigate fusion 360 with my mouse and the navigation cube in the top right corner of the screen. It also shows my attempt to create a sketch. I am not able to pan, zoom,or orbit through fusion. I uninstalled fusion and then reinstalled it, but the problem continued to occur. Thank you.

Hi,

1. try CRTL+ALT+R (Reset to default layout)

2. did you use clean uninstall?
