@vyviora This is the link where Fusion connects to the Autodesk Health dashboard to determine the health state of Fusion. A firewall could be blocking it but if you simply logout/close/restart machine/restart Fusion and login again does this still fail?

From a Fusion usage standpoint it should not impact your work.

I have red dots next to both:

https://a360-statusdashboard.s3.amazonaws.com/autodesk_maintenance.json

https://clientstream.launchdarkly.com

And I cannot log into Fusion 360. I assume they are related. Can anyone help?

1. What happens when you try to login?
2. Are you on a Mac/windows?

Fusion is now working, and the diagnostic results show the same errors. This makes me think that my issue was unrelated to those specific servers. That said, the fact that the issue was completely transient leads me to believe that it was either:

- My home network: everything else was working as expected, but I am now on a different network and it is working. OR

- A temporary server side issue that was unreported on the Health site, reddit.com or Discord (as of when I looked)

At any rate, the issue is now resolved. Note that prior to posting here I tried all of the various troubleshooting attempts such as restarting, reinstalling, resetting (with and without credentials), etc. Thus, my believe is the issue was somewhere on the network side as the application would open, redirect to web page for sign in, then hang on "signing in". Presumably due to the inability to complete some network-based activity.

I have the same issue and running on a Mac. When I get this error Fusion does not let me "go online" when I toggle the working offline button in the top right. This seems to happen most when I don't quit Fusion, shut my laptop and open it in another location.

@taylor_kACA53 from your comments, it certainly looks like a network connection between Fusion and your network. Fusion goes into the offline mode when you close your Mac and tries to connect back the next time you bring Fusion up. Are you seeing that it never connects back? If you hit this situation again can you please do the following?

1. Go to launch pad - Fusion service utility
2. Run gather system info
3. Attach the diagnostics logs.zip file

@gigig45 It would help you can attach those logs from your machine as well. (In your case does restarting your machine or connecting to say another network like a mobile hot spot connect? )

Thanks to your quick response.

Connecting to another network (mobile hotspot) doesnt work. Its still the same fault. There was no win update or any instalation on my system since i used fusion the last time. Can you tell me where exactly i can find the right log file?

@gigig45 To confirm

1. Is Fusion working for you but this network diagnostics the only one that is not working

OR

2. Is Fusion also not working for you (as in not launching or not going online)

Thank you. I will follow those steps the next time it happens. I have recently been saving, waiting for the project to upload, then quitting Fusion every time I'm going to shut my laptop. The problem does not happen when I do that.

@Mat4Shell If the network diagnostics is the only this that is showing this red and from a Fusion standpoint you are not having any issues, then there are no other issues happening here. We will be removing that link for the checks shortly.

@gigig45 here is what I would recommend that we start with.

1. Make sure that Fusion installer is not running in task manager
2. Go to %localappdata%\Autodesk\ then DELETE the following folders – Webdeploy, Web Services, Identity services, Autodesk Fusion 360 ((IF you do not have any other Autodesk products installed, delete the Full Autodesk folder)
3. Delete the shortcut that is used to launch Fusion
4. Restart your machine
5. Do not use the same Fusion installer. Can you please download the installer again
6. Now install again

@gigig45 Can you please collect logs on this machine?

1. Close Fusion
2. Go to add/remove programs
3. Select Fusion - modify
This will launch the service utility
4. Run gather system info
5. Attach the diagnostics logs.zip

@gigig45 This is interesting. Can you on this machine setup a user account as an admin and install Fusion on that user account? What happens then? I am trying to isolate where in the environment is this problem happening.
