Hey dusandmmilic,

Have you tried a clean uninstall? It usually works for issues like this one.

Hello Dusan and everybody else from Serbia. I found an easy solution to this problem.

You may fix this one by uninstalling Celik, ID card reader from your computer.

This error differs from 4003, which is solved by erasing MUP certificates.

Apparently, Celik also keeps some certificates in registry, even after you delete them manually.

Figured it by following the process of removing error 4003 and after that I got another error: 4174.

Works like a charm after you uninstall Celik, but I would really prefer that Autodesk engineer the solution that is a workaround those certificates, since a lot of users don't have the patience or skill to remove all MUP certificates from their computers, not that those certificates are temporary, there here to stay.

You also need to uninstall to install Fusion and than install other, vital software again,  after installing Fusion to use your computer, which is hardly good user experience. Hope that it will be fixed soon.

In the meantime, this is a solution.

Cheers 🙂

Autodesk made complicated something that should be straight forward, appears that you should have PhD certificate to install Fusion 360...I almost gave up Fusion 360, thanks @eleonora_sergijevic

@eleonora_sergijevic THANK YOU SO MUCH!!! ❤️ YES, THAT WAS MY PROBLEM!!!
I had the error ssl.SSLError: [ASN1] nested asn1 error (_ssl.c:4027), I am from Serbia and after I uninstalled the government software called CELIK that has those MUP (Ministarstvo Unutrasnjih Poslova (Ministry of Internal Afferirs)) certificates, I was able to install and update Fusion once again. The CELIK software for reading our national ID cards is the worst I have ever seen, it is so bad and hard to install and now it even gave me Fusion problems. I saw on one post here: here https://www.autodesk.com/support/technical/article/caas/sfdcarticles/sfdcarticles/Problem-installing...

Here they mention just delete MUP, I could not find it and I had no idea it was referring to our MUP, I just thought the acronym was a coincidence, but that was indeed the problem. Very non descriptive page above but when I saw your comment I put it together and it solved my problem.

In short I just want to say thank you and for my fellow Serbs, jebem ti drzavu, jebem ti Vucica i jebem ti smece od CELIK softvera i slicne drzavne softvere.

Hi Eleonora,

I've uninstaled Čelik and deleted all of the MUP certificates that I could find, and I still have the same error. Have you done anything else? Or have you found any Čelik certificates? I even uninstaled Fusion and now I donćt have even that older version nor I can instal newone.

Please help.

Best,

David

The problem is definitely the Celik program (MUP Serbia). Even when I uninstalled the Celik program and its certificates, I got the same error. In the end, I created a new Windows profile and installed Fusion on that profile. Here’s the link on how to solve it:
