My body doesn't cut through the mold

Hi, im quite new to Fusion 360 and I am making a mold for a school project of a lego man.

The upper body of the lego man does not cut through the mold like the legs and the arms do. 

I followed every step of this tutorial: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=vKZx9eHEL6o&t=619s but when I got to this step my mold was not hollow while it was on the tutorial. I have tried made my body solid and cut it out of the mold but it still doesn't work. Any tips would be really appreciated.

the head and body of your lego guy is hollow.  What Combine does is just subtract the material in one body from another.  There is not material in the middle of the head or body, so it does not get removed from the mold blank.  The easiest way to fix this is to fill in that hollow region.  If you share your design here, lots of people will be willing to help...
