Move/COPY "create copy" not always always displaying

I am trying to use Move/COPY multiple times in a row, and it seems like every time I go there its hit or miss if its going to show the Create copy checkbox  but I do the same process each time.   Any reason for this?  Not sure if its a bug or if there is something that I need to do to make it consistent.

1. please show your process in a screencast.

2. Maybe the  pattern function  is a better tool for you

As you can see the Create copy option doesn't always show up... quite confusing   Pattern function wont work because the points are random

it's there.  You just need to scroll down in the dialog (or disconnect the dialog from being docked to the sketch palette) to see it:
