Manufacturing workspace is missing after Fusion update

Updated Fusion and received the following error message on startup -

Could not load the addin in /Users/user name/Library/Application Support/Autodesk/

webdeploy/production/d33deb94f63c0f9e07daa3f1ea6a07e40d8385e/Autodesk

Fusion.app/Contents/Libraries/Applications/CAM360/NaMachineBuilder10.dylib"

The result is that the manufacturing workspace is no longer available in the top left corner workspace dropdown.

Tried to repair, uninstall and reinstall but keep getting the same error message

Using an M1 MAC Air.

Does anyone have any potential fixes for this issue?

When reviewing similar customer cases, we’ve observed that Fusion supports macOS Sonoma 14 and above. Based on this, Im suggesting upgrading your macOS version.

Could you please update to the latest macOS version and check if the issue is resolved?

Thanks for the reply, my IT department managed a manual uninstall and this has fixed the addin error.

Hi, I have the same issue.

My Mac is on Ventura 13.7.8 no update available, I did reinstall Fusion a couple of times and it doesn't work.

The online version works but at my workspace the online connection isn't the best, what can I do?
