Lost all my projects

Hello, I haven't logged into my account in a while, after logging in today, I was prompted to create a new hub and also had to renew my personal use license. After logging-in all my old folders and projects were gone. I tried looking for them using the web admin page and checking the archive section but i had no luck finding anything.

I understand these files were on my single-user-storage which was used before the hub migration, how can i recover these files now?

Thank you for replying, i've checked the article but it seems that i am looking into the hub settings itself and it's archive, i cannot find a way to access my single-user-storage and none of my projects are visible for transfer, please check the screenshots below.

Also, my personal-use license is not activated yet, despite that i applied for it 2 times "successfully" and i am not eligible for contacting support unless i buy the license. How frustrating.

Do you have any further suggestions please?

When I did the process years ago, I started with the Single User Storage I found on the Data Panel in Fusion. It was shown at the top if I remember correctly.
