Hi,

When trying to log in, I get the browser open, validate the credentials and Fusion redirects to The FunStuf's Hub, wher Your Fusion account is being configured, please wait... that page is showen for les than a second, then i am redicted back to the login. the browser shows a message that i am logged out of the desktop version, but still logged in in the browser. Have added Fusion to the firewall, reset fusion trough the manager and reinstalled AdODIS. Tried with different browsers as standard.
How to get past this loop??

Hi @poul-nielsen

Can you collect diagnostic log files and share them here? That splash screen looks very old. Are you installing from manage.autodesk.com ?

You can also try the steps here.

Cheers,

Karina

Hi @karina.harper

Here are the log files generated trough the Service Utility, since I never get into the software.. When trying to access myhub.autodesk360.com, I allso get into a login loop.

Thanks for the help

Thanks @poul-nielsen

Can you try opening a browser and going to outlook128733.autodesk360.com ? That should be the direct URL of your hub (rather than myhub... that is the old personal hub type). It looks like you're able to sign into the forums, are you also able to sign in to manage.autodesk.com ?

Additionally, did anything change with your account recently? It looks like your hub was created in 2023, but your account only appears to be a few days old.

Cheers,

Karina

Hi Karina

No not that i am aware of. I had an educators licence once on my school mail, but when i stopped teaching, then access to that account whas stopped. I have tried once before to create an account, but had the same problem as now and did not continue to get access before now.

outlook128733.autodesk360.com gives me the same problem, also if i log out and tries to log in again.

hi @poul-nielsen - thank you for reporting the issue.  We have made a change to allow you to create a new hub under your account, as the original hub had errors on creation and was empty.

Can you please relaunch Fusion to create a new hub?

-Andy
