Locked out of my account due to log-in mechanism change

I previously had logged into Fusion360 using my edu email. Now my Fusion360 logged me out. When I try to sign back in, it now redirects me to my edu email login for SSO login. My email is now disabled with them, and that caused Fusion360 to not be able to log-in. I have my design files in there that I need access to and this is a huge issue. I received 0 warning about the new change in log-in mechanism. How do I get help in moving my old files to a new account if I can't access my old one then? AI Assistant shut me off because they kept asking for my subscription ID. I kept telling the agent I can't get that information because I can't log in. This kept going in a loop. Need some assistance on this.
