Hi im new to fusion 360 and I have been having trouble on lead in and lead out. Im using a cnc plasma table and the lead in and out are on the actual piece to cut. Am I able to disable this with out a problem or am I able to edit the pierce points?

When you create or edit the toolpath you should see red arrows, clicking one will change which side of the line should be cut and have lead-ins.

I'd guess you are only using a 2d sketch, if you extrude and create a body Fusion will usually offset to the correct side automatically.
