Launching Fusion 360 produces unknown error: DB error // no more rows available

Hi,
support couldn't help me and told me to post this here. any suggestions?
It's a Windows PC and it has been working before. No idea what changed.

Hi @dsouzasujay,

 thank you for your reply. If I download the installer and execute it, there is a popup telling me that the most recent version of Fusion is already installed. I also reinstalled Fusion with this installer. No change. 
I don't know any other way to update Fusion without launching Fusion, besides using the latest installer.

@luisBPX59 Can you please do the following:

Please close Fusion (maybe need to force quit and make sure there is no process of Fusion 360 in Task Manager) > go to below folder to delete the db file on your Windows OS > Relaunch Fusion again with only one instance.
C:\Users\{YourUername}\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\Electron\{YourUId}\lbr\libraries.db
