KiCad Import is Completely Not Working

To all forum supporters,

I’m currently trying to import circuit schematics and PCB files created in KiCad into Fusion so I can continue working in Fusion. I'm aiming to take advantage of Fusion's superior sharing capabilities and smoother user experience.

While schematic files seem to import without issue, I consistently encounter errors when attempting to import PCB files. I've tried various approaches, but nothing has worked so far. These same PCB files open correctly in KiCad 8.0, so the issue seems to be specific to Fusion's import process.

I’ve attached a screenshot of the error message, though please note that my Fusion interface is set to Japanese, which may make it harder to understand. When I click “Cancel,” the upload is interrupted, and when I click “Export file and close,” Fusion crashes entirely.

Due to the confidential nature of the KiCad files, I’m unable to share them publicly, but I’m happy to answer any questions or provide further details as needed.

Thank you for your support.

Thanks for your reply.

I followed the instructions exactly, but the solution to the error I mentioned was not included.

Could you please provide the import log file for investigation?
The log file should be available under the "Save and review log file" link in the import notification.

Alternatively, it is possible to use the Electron CLI command "import".
To do this, create a new PCB document in Fusion and type the CLI command "import pathtokicadboardfile.kicad_pcb".
The log file will be created in the source file path location.
