Multiple Uploads Delayed, for a very long time

Since the recent update, Fusion seems to not be uploading new versions of files to the cloud. New models can be created, edited as usual, but the uploads never seem to start.

I am connected to the internet, and in online mode of course. I do occasionally switch to offline to work though have remained online for a while to try and push the changes. Have tried restarting fusion, restarting the computer etc.

See attached photos, apparently 49 uploads not complete, no progress bars on the job status, and the main model that is pushed reports that the 'Design is not yet available' (presumably for offline, as it is editable). I have left the computer alone with an internet connection for a few hours now, after restarting the pc and fusion, no change. The constituent parts have a loading animation over their thumbnails, perpetually.

Any help would be appreciated as i'd rather not loose the work. It's stored locally at the moment but that can be tempermental.

Cheers, from James

Update, I did actually find a solution.

Upon opening the job status menu, cancel the master file upload. This will cause the software to slow down for ~30s, then crash 🙂.

Once reopened, none of the files will be accessible, with loading icons over their thumbnails. They cant be opened, and nothing appears to indicate they are being uploaded. Switch to offline mode, open the master file (for me thats the main assy with all the problematic parts inserted), and save as a new version with milestone. This appears to force a new upload which succeeded.

All the individual components are still inaccessible though. Switch to offline mode, open them all one by one, then back to online. Save each, and they will be accessible again.

Hopefully this doesn't come back but glad it seems to be sorted.
