Issues with rendering - appearances and decals

Hello, I am trying to render my project for the first time and having problems maintaining my appearances and decals - when applying the appearances in the appearance tab and clicking on "in-canvas render" not all the custom appearances and non of decals preview/render. Back in the Design page, all the appearances on the problematic surfaces are a mustard yellow.

I am somewhat new to Fusion and would greatly appreciate and help or feedback.

Thankyou kindly !

Is the body that looks "mustard" color a surface body (with zero volume) and not a solid? Because it seems to me it's a surface and its normal vector pointing inward (thus the golden color). If this is true it's natural that in render decal disappears (well it doesn't disappear but just shown on the inner face, i.e. the one facing wheels). One easy way to solve this is to reverse the normal (Surface > Modify > Reverse Normal). The more proper solution is to convert the surface to a solid body as it is in the real world. How to do this depends on how do you imagine the inner face, e.g. Create > Thicken simply adds some thickness (if your surface doesn't make self-intersections).
