Help I love this product but every since I have installed this about 4 months ago without fail every single time I close the program it crashes every single time.  It is frustrating to pay so much for this program and have to go through so many error reports constantly.  Is there someone who can offer some advice?

@michaeldugger Thank you for submitting the crash error report. I could not get much information from the report but it is showing that you are on a Wacom tablet? Are there any pending updates on the machine? Graphics updates? Will look closer to see what could be happening.

@michaeldugger There are a few things we need to tryout here but to begin with:

 

1. Please let me know your machine specifications 

2. Every time you get this error please do submit it to us with your email ID so that I can track it in our back end 

3. Does this happen even on this simple workflow - Launch Fusion, close Fusion. 
4. If not the above workflow for any other workflow does it ALWAYS crash on close. I am trying to see if there are patterns to when it will close. 
5. Are you using any external devices like space mouse or a pen etc that if you disconnect is the crashes going away? 
6. I see 3 customers atleast from our backend that are encountering this and hence this is more selective in terms of hardware/software and hence trying to figure where it could be. 

I will likely need more info based on answers of above.

@michaeldugger If you eliminate the tablet an run in only using the PC do you get the crash?

wow I unplugged tablet and no issue with crash when open and close or when I open a file and then close
