Issue with synchronizing drawings to the designs

I'm currently designing a product configurator, but I came across the issue that my drawing does not want to sync to my design. When I try i get an error message. (see attached)

Is this a known concept, and are there solutions for it?

If anyone knows, that would be a great help!
Thanks in advance

Hi @wvieveen ,

Thanks for reporting this.

Drawings should normally update and stay in sync with their parent design, so receiving an error during synchronization is not expected behavior.

Since you mentioned this is part of a product configurator setup, there may be an interaction between configurations and drawing references that we need to look at more closely.

I will check with the development team to review this case.

Hi @wvieveen ,

If you don't mind can you go to
