Hi,

For any reason the last update don't works for some users.

The version number is fine (2603.0.86) but the new "constraint component" in the assembly tab is missing.

It works for some users either on Win 10 or Win 11, but not for some others and its apparently completely ramdom.

do you experience the same?

Hi @jean-michel_legoff By clearing the cache data, issue will get resolved.

Many thanks, I have to find someone who has the issue to test.
I'll keep you informed.

If you want the UI you show in your first screen capture, you must check the following check box.  By the way, this is a toggle between your old menu and the new.  If you are on the old menu, then you will find Constraint Components in the Assembly drop-down menu.

Yes I know this "preview feature" but with or without the issue remains...
even with empying the "cache".
even after complete des-installation and re-installation.
The worst is for one user. yesterday he installed Fusion on a new PC (without the feature Constraint componenet)... today at Fusion's Launch the feature is there...
How could you explain it ?

@jean-michel_legoff Sorry to hear that the workaround didn't work for you. Is it possible for you to share the logs and the user email ID who experienced this issue?
