The Grid moving with mouse cursor

I updated my Fusion few days back. After update I am facing an issue.

Issue: Whenever I create sketch in Fusion 360 on any plane, the background grid starts moving with cursor or you can say mouse movement. This makes it difficult for me to align my shape properly. Searched for solution on internet where some are saying to disable snap function, but Snap function is important for me to align my sketch. Even after disabling the snap function or even snap to grid, the issue persists. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

I have recorded the screen and attached to elaborate my concern.
