Issue seeing command buttons

Anonymous
Not applicable

Unable to see any of the command buttons. If I scroll mouse over area the info for the button I hover over appears. I have uninstalled and reinstalled multiple times. Trying to learn this software and not impressed so far. Any help would be appreciated. About ready to give up and go back to Solidworks.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Try to add Environment Variable.

If above solution is not working.

Restart your PC and try to launch fusion 360

If you still see the same issue, then

Please Remove/edit below Environment Variables

  • Variable Name: QT_OPENGL
  • Variable Value: software

And add below Environment Variables.
  • Variable Name: QT_OPENGL
  • Variable Value: angle

Hi @Anonymous ,

The latest Fusion 360 Update has the fix, Build number 2.0.10148.(You may need to restart Fusion 360 to see Auto-Update)

Note: After Fusion 360 updated to build  2.0.10148 version, then you can clear the environment variables.

Hi @Anonymous ,

Can you try updating Fusion 360 to 2.0.10148 - the black toolbar issue should disappear.

Note: You can use the fusion 360 Installer to update fusion 360 to a latest version.
