Incanvas render exported image issue

Hey , When I capture the rendered image from incanvas render . The output image is black , means any model or environment I use , the image is black . I tried every format , but still the problem is same . Help me out ?

thanks for posting! I am sorry to know you are still experiencing the behavior you mentioned here.

Since I was not able to reproduce it, I would like to ask you once again to share a sample design you are experiencing this with, as well as the output *.PNG file.

The following information might also help us further troubleshoot it:

2. The application log file capturing the actions you take to save the in-canvas rendering: How to collect the Diagnostic Log Files for Fusion 360

Are you able to use local rendering as a workaround for now?
