How to get the annotation & sheet setting icon back?

Hi, have anyone know how to get the annotation & sheet setting icon/button back? It just disappeared.

Thank you for your reply. Now I can access the settings from there. 
But I want the setting button back, beside the "fit" icon, is there any solution ?
