Hi everyone, i have an EDU license but i don't have "Generative Design" panel in Fusion 360.
What can i do? I have a MacBook Pro.

Hi @Anonymous,

To get generative design on an Edu license you need to have your institution(school) email attached to your account

@Anonymous As @leowarren34  says, generative is for EDU accounts. Do you have a school related email you can use for your Fusion account?

Yes, i use my university mail for my Autodesk account.

Is it a different login than the one you use on this forum? Because your email on this forum is a gmail account, not a school email. 


What school do you attend? It might help for you to share your email for the school, minus your name. This will help us track down the problem.

This is my EDU profile.

Every time I download Fusion360 with this profile it returns me this screen... I don't know why it still remain the gmail account 😫

Have you changed you account email address;

Go to https://accounts.autodesk.com/ -> Security -> Change Email.

Hi @Anonymous ,

 

Can you do this within Fusion 360 - click your name in the upper right corner and select Sign Out. Then sign back in with your EDU email address. There should be no need to reinstall the product, just sign in and out. I can confirm you have an EDU license with the email you provided.
