Fusion360 - ExactFlat upload eror

I am using the ExactFlat add-in to select peices to flatten. I click up load and enter my login information and I get the attached photo error message.

This is causing me major issues as I am holding up production..of course....

Just to check - does this happen upon uploading a single file - or does it happen to any file you try to upload? Also, does the error message occur after your type in your credentials? I am trying to see where the problem may lie. Unfortunately, Exact Flat is not an add-in that Autodesk produces so troubleshooting this may be a bit tough for me. One thing we can try is to cleanly uninstall the add-in and reinstall it, just to rule out a corrupt installation. I would only recommend this if this error is happening across all files. If it is unique to one file - this probably will not help and we should loop in the Exact Flat support team as well.

First off,

thank you so much for the rapid response!

So it fails for all files. I will try to reinstall per your instructions

The upload I was trying to do is one piece (very simple compared to what I usually do)

If this doesn't work I will open up a ticket with ExactFlat (they are also usually very responsive)
