Hi,

I have an problem with my Fusion 360 install.

I have the exact same problem as in this post:

https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-design-validate/fusion-360-will-not-load-completely/m-p/66...

However, i followed all the tips with no result.

i have checked for driverupdates and have done multiple clean installs following the clean install guide.

It had no effect.

specs: https://www.cnet.com/products/hp-x360-310-g2-11-6-celeron-n3050-4-gb-ram-128-gb-ssd-us-p0b82utaba/sp...

please help me,

Rick Houtzager

Sorry for the trouble. There is one more thing to try:

Go to preferences, which is in the menu under your name in the top right.

On the default page, near the top, it specifies graphics driver. Instead of "automatic" change to DX9.

Please let me know if that helps.

Thanks,

Thanks for the reply.

I have tried it, but it did not work.

I also tried DirectX11 and rebooting my system with no effect.

Thanks, Rick.

Hi @rickhoutz

Thanks for posting - we are sorry to hear that you are still experiencing this issue.

We've also seen outdated/corrupt graphics drivers and other peripheral devices cause this issue.

Do you have Duet Display, DisplayLink, or any other peripheral display device drivers on your system? If so, please update or uninstall them and let us know if Fusion then runs properly.

This link shows how to uninstall corrupted graphics drivers - please work through the procedure there and let us know if it helps.

I hope this helps! If you continue to experience problems, I would be curious to know if Fusion launches normally in safe mode.

That did the trick!

Duet display was causing the issue.

Thanks so much!
