@domesticohm Please follow this thread for workaround solution - https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-electronics/work-around-for-quot-fusion-360-db-error-quot-...

We are working to address this issue. This looks like a double click on the icon that launches two Fusion sessions.

@domesticohm Which folders in this are not on your machine?

C:\Users\{Username}\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\Electron\{AlphaNumeric Folder}\lbr\libraries.db

I followed the work around and it didn't work. Do you have any other suggestions?

@hjones0720 We released a fix for this yesterday. Are you on build version 2.0.12670? If you are not, can you go into your Add/remove program- select Fusion 360 and you should see a modify. Select that and you will see the new Fusion 360 service utility. Do a repair Fusion 360 and that should get you on the new version and should start Fusion 360 successfully.

@hjones0720 Can you please try the below:

Please close Fusion (maybe need to force quit and make sure there is no process of Fusion 360 in Task Manager) > go to below folder to delete the db file on your Windows OS > Relaunch Fusion again with only one instance.
C:\Users\{YourUername}\AppData\Local\Autodesk\Autodesk Fusion 360\Electron\{YourUId}\lbr\libraries.db

I have the files libraries and libraries.db.lock. Should I delete one of
those?

@hjones0720 Likely you have b 8th because Fusion 360 is still running in the background. Go to task manager and if Fusion is running, end task it. Now go to the location to see if the lock file is gone. If not yes, go ahead and delete both.

Fusion wasn't running, but I deleted those libraries and opened it. That worked! Thank you so much for your help

@micah.eroles Can you please share the location that you are looking this at?

Here is a link to another thread where I have helped another customer that could not find the location - https://forums.autodesk.com/t5/fusion-360-design-validate/fusion-360-db-error-no-such-table-main-tec...

@micah.eroles After the Electron folder, look for another older with a unique name and insider that will be another lbr folder- AppData/Local/Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360/Electron/UNIQUE NAME Folder/lbr

Deleting the files did not work, it only failed to fully launch and then the issue continues to persist.
