Please report this error and editing steps prior to this error to Autodesk.

Unexpected Condition details:

Ive uninstalled, re installed, restarted the computer.... No luck. Anythoughts?

@micah.eroles Does the file appear back in those folders?

You could, delete the file, restart the machine (this would close any Fusion open in the background) and then try this again?

@micah.eroles

I am going to ask for a couple more things to try out since we have fixed this issue in the new version 2.0.12670 but if you hit this issue in the previous update you will have to run the workaround which is deleting the file.

1. Can you please delete this file again
2. Go to the add/remove programs and select Fusion 360 - Change/modify
3. This will launch the new Fusion 360 service utility
4. Run the "Repair Fusion from here"

Now this should get you on the latest version. Does this help?

It seems that ADPClientService.exe always stop it from repairing

@micah.eroles can you expand on what you are seeing? What does client service running prevent you from doing? If you remove it in the task manager does that solve the issue for you?

I basically whenever I try to repair it says that client services prevents it from running and whenever I close it out in task manager it reopens

@micah.eroles

1. Close Fusion 360
2. Restart the machine

3. Go to c:/users/USERID/AppData/Roaming/Autodesk
4. Delte Folder ADPSDK
5. Now go to c:/users/USER ID/AppData/Local/Autodesk/Autodesk Fusion 360/Electron/UNIQWUE ID FOLDER/ibr/ - Delete libraries.db

Now start fusion again. Does this help?

@micah.eroles Which part did not work in the above steps? What is your current situation? Are you still getting the DB error on launch?
