Fillet trouble

Good Morning!

I am having trouble applying a fillet to the area against the falt in the srea highlighted in the red circle.

What is my best plan of attack?

Also the file save option isnt working ? 

If I could save it I would upload the actual file.

Hi @PetePayne,

Not sure why you do not see the Save option to be honest. Are you in the Model workspace or a different workspace? Are you able to go to the File menu and select Share-Share Public Link and send me the link to download the file. I can then look deeper into your model to see why the fillet might be failing.

Well the save and save as buttons were gray'd out and I could not click them.

I am going to clost Fusion360 and reboot my computer . It has bee a long time since I closed fusion.

I will report back.

Did you try Export and save as an f3d file you could uploads here?

That also would not work. It looks like the reboot of the computer has helped . I was able to save the file . I am going to try and upload it now.

You've ended up with 3 bodies, you can't fillet between different bodies. In the screencast below I rebuild the part with the extrude features set to join. You could edit what you have but you where using far more extrudes than you really need. The file's attached, import with New Design From File on the file menu.
