Error message after recent update

After a recent update, the following error message appears whenever I load or select a design:

"Warning: Your default material is being downloaded. After the download is complete, it will be applied to your mod..."

It's really annoying, keeps sliding across the screen whenever I select a different design.  I  looked in the  FAQ, and found that the recommended solution is to do a "cleanup/uninstall/reinstall".

So I did this, and it was a nightmare, requiring some F360 support just to get the software reloaded. And after going through all of that... the error message is still there.....

Please help.
