3D Connexion Space Mouse Compact no longer following my settings

I had recently bought my Space mouse to navigate easier through fusion 360, however after about two days of use fusion will not use the settings I have changed. Settings like dominant and sensitivity are now being ignored and I cannot figure out what is causing this. Only thing I can think of that might effect these settings could be an update I installed on this old laptop for windows 10.
