Error: Failed to schedule cloud solve while doing an event simulation study

I was solving a simulation and i got an error message: Failed to schedule cloud solve. I've never had this problem before and I have no idea about what makes this happen. After I failed to do this simulation, as a test, I did a simple static stress study, like applying tensile force on top of a box. This study can be solved locally, but I got same error message when I did it on cloud. How can I fix this? I attached diagnostic logs below.

thank you for posting and for sending over your diagnostics log files. I was able to find the following reports in all of your application log files:

"W PROXY: failed to query IE proxy configuration - ǁ·Ͻà"

Are you able to test if the cloud solve works when you're connected to another network? We collected some possible solutions to network-related issues in the following knowledge article:
