error 403 when accessing accounts.autodesk.com and get sign in failure on Fusion

Hi I'm not exactly when this started as I haven't logged into fusion 360 for almost 2 weeks(Sick) but now I get sign in failure on 2 computers(One win10 home and one Pro)

and can't access any of the support links or accounts.autodesk.com  links except via work laptop

(Work laptop does not have fusion 360)

I get error 403 and something about cloudfront from 4 different home computers when I try to post to this forum or access my  account on the web

ONly on my work laptop(via same router but over work vpn) can I post to this forum or access my account

Time is synced correctly on all 4 computers.

I restarted router

I tied deleting the login xml script and did a clean uninstall and reinstall and I still get  sign in failure on home laptop

Did comcast suddenly start blocking  autodesk?

I don't know what changed or why I suddenly can't access autodesk websites from home or what is blocking fusion360 from signing in

Hi @gman9500

I've seen this a few times this week from folks from security companies such as Neustar.

You can reroute your DNS to go through a public domain like google as a workaround, and I would recommend requesting an exception if that is an option.

Let me know if that works,

Karina

Thanks, that did not work. I changed the dns to 8.8.8.8 on both my laptop and even tried it on my router. Where do I get this exception from?

Hi @Anonymous

Hm, interesting. Can you take a screenshot of the error you're seeing? In Fusion and on the web?

Thanks,

Karina

Hi Karina, sure

Here  are 3. Taken with phone and then uploaded to my work laptop as that's the only way I can sign into the forum. When I try to sign in to the forum from any home computer\laptop. It's blocked with the same 403 Error.  Also attached

Hi @gman9500

I think this must be it:

https://aws.amazon.com/premiumsupport/knowledge-center/s3-website-cloudfront-error-403/

If cloudfront is blocking you, then I think you'll need to create an exception.

Cheers,

Karina

Hi Karina, how or where do I an create an exception?

I looked at the TCP /ip setttings on my computer and didn't see a place. I beleive I can do one on my  browsers but thats not going to help logging into Fusion 360

Incidentally I get same issue when trying to log into Tinkercad

Hi @gman9500

You'll need to reach out to cloudfront our your network service provider. This article may have more information.

Cheers,

Karina
