Components not matching up in Part Table

Im having issues with my parts not syncing correctly to my parts table.

In the part tree I have 3 seperate components named LWR Rod, MID Rod & UPR Rod. All three components have been set up with different configurations that grow and shrink the lengths of the Rods.

As you can see in the parts table it has just copied the LWR Rod components 3 times.
Im sure it wasn't like this when i first made the parts table?

The only thing I can think of is I made the first Component in a Part document and then copied that document to make MID Rod and UPR rod. It looks as if each of those three components now share the same Part number?

How do I show the LWR Rod, MID Rod & UPR Rod in my parts table?

Please help me!

Hope you are doing good! Were you able to fix the table issue? if not could you please share a screenshot of what you are seeing so that will it help the community better understand the issue and suggest possible solutions.
