Can't edit my personal files in a personal licence.

I can make and reedit my personal files if I save these files in the Demo Folder.  All other folders will eventually lock me out with Basic Access.  I have not shared my files with anyone and have not used the hub.  This issue first started after the change over from hobbyist to personal.  Tried several time to fix this issue and eventually get locked out as Basic Access,  therefor all my new files are saved in the Demo Folder.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,

 

This sounds like your license has expired. Do you have an active subscription? A screenshot of the entire Fusion 360 application frame you are seeing would be helpful to diagnose this.

Thanks for the response.  I have an active account, but after one of the yearly verifications I lost edit access to all my old drawings.  Now states  "Basic Access" when I open these files.

I suspect you are in this condition spelled out in that article:

If you have a Personal license and you access another team site, you only have Basic Access to that data.

 

Can you check the team hub menu to see if you are working in a team hub that is not yours? Here is where you can find the list of team hubs you belong to:
