"Sufficient data not found to switch to Offline mode"

I recently installed Fusion360 on my laptop, and I haven't been able to get it working even once. I repeatedly get the  "Sufficient data not found to switch to Offline mode" error, and then the "cannot enter online mode either" message before Fusion exits. I've been to all the support pages and tried nearly everything; fresh installation, disabling Windows Defender and AV software, flushing my DNS, connecting to a cellphone hotspot, nothing has worked. The error I see in the logs is "20210914T104605 W 12252 Reqest: Call failed: https://js.prd.fusionapi.autodesk.com/fusion360-runtime-config/config.json : WinHttpSendRequest: 12029: A connection with the server could not be established", and navigating to that link in the browser shows me a string of text, which I believe is what is supposed to happen. However, I don't know what else I can do to fix it.  I've seen a ton of similar forum posts, but nothing has fixed my issue yet. Attached are my log files.
