Bug: Insert DXF's "Select DXF file" does nothing

When attempting to insert a DXF of the Raspberry Pi 4's footprint (which can be downloaded from here: https://www.raspberrypi.org/documentation/hardware/raspberrypi/mechanical/README.md) I run in to a peculiar bug. I start a new design, select insert>insert DXF. I'm able to select the Plane/Sketch and insert mode, but clicking the folder for Select DXF file doesn't do anything. No pop up, no error. It just grays out the icon for a second or two and then returns to  normal.

Additional menus seem to exhibit the same behavior: Selecting 'insert' pulls up the menu for inserting a picture, but when selecting "files from my computer" the insert menu disappears and no new menu populates. When attempting to further duplicate this issue Fusion360 crashed

These DXF files are extremely complex and Fusion 360 labors with them so you have to be patient.  I loaded the Raspberry Pi 4B and saved it as a Fusion 360 file.  It took about 3 minutes to load but the Fusion 360 file, containing the sketch, only takes a few seconds.  Other than the opening delay, the command worked as expected.  It is attached.  My the way, this DXF warned me during import that it did not have any defined units.

Thanks! My issue appears to be a bit more than waiting however. I can not even get to the point of selecting the file as the window does not populate after clicking the icon.

After getting frustrated with the behavior that seemed to be expanding in to other parts of the program (unable to open files from a local location, create a new design based on another file, poor performance deleting objects from a sketch, etc, etc, etc) I uninstalled, cleaned, and reinstalled Fusion. That seems to have remedied the problem.

If I might make a suggestion to the Fusion team: Offer a clean uninstall option from the installer to avoid having the user go through all the different locations and deleting files manually.
