anyone else having archive issues?

Is anyone else missing archived projects?

I archive projects when i'm done with them, as i don't like a cluttered interface. I've recently noticed that andy project that I created after late 2021 doesn't show up in my archives anymore. The other day i made a dummy project, that I immediately archived and it didn't show up.

Did Autodesk change something, or are archives just randomly broken?

I just Archived a project and Restore it without issue so it is not broken as far as I can tell.

@jhackney1972 is there a limit on how many archived projects you can have?

on a whim I went in and deleted some random projects that i don't need to keep anymore, and like magic some newer ones started showing up.

So it kind of seems like they have a limit, or their web interface code is broken.

I do know that there is a limit to the number of Projects you can create if you are using Single-User Storage where there is not if you have created a Team.  I think this number is 10.  Maybe number of Archives is the same, I do not know for sure, if you are using Single-User Storage.

You should be using a Team even if you are using a Personal license.  I am on a Subscription license and mine is called New Richmond Workshop.  I also have a Personal license I use for testing and the team I set up there is called New Virginia Workshop as seen in the screen capture.

I do not use Archive as you do since I need access to all my data at any one time and do not want to go into the database and Restore an Archive if I need a file.  I only use Archive for the Removal process.

Since I'm a developer by trade, I ran a simple test just now.

It's for sure a bug in myhub, or some kind of restriction.

if I have 50 or less archived projects, then they all show up. If I have more than 50 archived projects, only the 50 oldest ones show up.

Seems like they forgot to implement pagination.

I'll look into creating a team and see if thats does anyhting.

If you do not already have a team, only single-user storage, then you will need to look at this webpage to transfer your data.
