Trim CAM pattern

The trim toolpath feature in the CAM workspace is super useful. But it only works on individual toolpaths. It would be more useful if it could be applied to a pattern as well. Then you could make an oversized toolpath, pattern it over a large area and then trim it to fit the part perfectly. 

For example to create this toolpath I had to make a sketch with 80 different length lines. It would be faster to sketch a single oversized line, then use the pattern command to duplicate it 80 times. Then the trim feature could be applied to the pattern and trim each instance of the contour to the correct length.
