Hello @mike90, thank you for this idea. I'm adding two alternatives that you may consider for this workflow to mitigate the fact we do not have that alert available at the moment:
(i) you can see on the operation status and worker status screen the productions in progress
(ii) using webhook production_created to trigger an email alert. This requires however knowledge about HTTP requests, and APIs in general (that would need to be provided by a third party)
