Currently it's not possible to model operations that take the same time regardless of the quantity produced.
For example: in a setup operation a worker could take 15 minutes preparing a machine or workstation, regardless of the quantity to produce.
This is important for customers that want to track how much time they are spending in this kind of operations, calculate productivity and have a better estimation of how long a production order will take.
