It would be helpful to have a dedicated section in Fusion Operations to track workplace accidents and maintain a historical record of accident reports.

Ideally, this would also include the ability for shop floor employees to enter and submit new accident reports directly through the tablet portal. This would centralize accident reporting, improve record keeping, and make it easier to review trends or past incidents when needed.

We have on our backlog a non conformance reports feature for Fusion Operations, as you can see in this idea. Workers will be able to report these non conformances on the mobile app, and back office users can manage them in the back office.

Also, we have an Health & Safety module, in which you can create checklists and workers can collect workplace accidents (or any other data) in the mobile app. Have you explored it?
