On the first page I managed to skip a few lines of code that slightly changes the outline. There were a lot of lines traveling by ~ 0.006mm. I am seeing the same issue when I am generating gcode for a (modified) Autodesk XYZ mill which I am using to control a CNC router.    If I ignore the warning and post process anyway, I get working gcode - but it just seems that this is not a warning that makes a lot of sense.
