Unexpected error when generating Pocket Toolpath

When attempting to use pocket recognition to cut a series of 2D pockets in a .35" sheet of plywood the generation encounters an unexpected error. Other Sheets in my drawing and nested models generate without errors, It only seemed to be related to Sheet #107, and the Setup labelled as Birch Sheet 2.
So far I have attempted, deleting my setup and tool paths, however the problem persists.
Other tool paths generated on this nesting model seem to generate without error.

Edit: when using a single 2D tool path, and pockets are manually selected on both models within the nested sheet, the error in generation still occurs. However, when pockets are manually selected, and each model has its own 2Dpocket tool path, generation occurs without error.

It seems to be caused by the stepover. If we reduce it to .135", the toolpath succeeds. At .1375, the toolpath fails. However, if we manually select the pockets (annoying task, I'm aware), it succeeds. I'll continue testing this workflow to see if there's something else going wrong..

As an FYI; this issue will be fixed in the next release:
