That shouldn't be needed, I don't think. Are you logged in with the same credentials as what you applied with? Our records show that you actually applied for Insider exactly one month ago and was approved.

You need to show me what you are seeing when you go to Preferences. While I have a decent imagination, it only extends so far when faced with a few lines of text.

Ah! It only shows up when Compensation is set to Left or Right, not "Center", and this is intended behavior:
