Simulation not recognizing REST

When running tool path simulations on a single operation, the simulation is not recognizing that REST has been selected. I used to be able to run a simulation, say on operation 3 of 7, and it would start with all stock removed from previous tool paths. Now, unless I simulate all operations from the beginning, the stock reverts back to the original. I'm positive Fusion did not always do this. 

Did I change some setting somewhere? TIA

It sounds to me that you have your In Process Stock calculation turned off. You can find it on the "Utilities" tab:
